I graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.

I have full certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and Combined Decongestive Therapy from the Dr. Vodder School International. MLD is suitable for Lymphedema, lipodema, pre and post operative, along with chronic pain issues. However it is not advised for those with CHF or kidney disorders. I have experience working with a variety of clinical issues such as chronic pain and headaches, scoliosis, TMJ, anxiety and depression, general tension, nerve related issues, sports related injuries and perinatal care. I treat people pre and post operative using MLD.

In June 2021 I received certification in IASTM (Instrument Assisted soft tissue Mobilisation). This technique helps mobilise fascial restrictions, encourages blood flow is able to be more specific and often provides a deeper treatment.

As a Health Care Provider, inclusivity is of the utmost importance. I am passionate about creating a safe space for people of all genders, culture and identity.

As a mom with an active lifestyle, I can fully appreciate the necessity for optimal health and full range of motion on a daily basis.

I am committed to providing unique treatment plans for health conscious individuals of all ages. I believe that home-care is key to assisting treatments; regaining health and function as soon as possible.
